The fashion show, which is the largest annual fashion event at Virginia Tech, brought in over 400 students, faculty, and community members last year. This number is expected to grow even more, and members of FMDS are looking for both boys and girls who are willing to strut their stuff on the runway.
Auditions are being held Tuesday, January 26 and Thursday, January 28 at 7 p.m. on the bottom floor of Wallace Atrium. The dress code for the model calls includes black leggings, heals, and a solid colored tank for girls, and jeans and a solid colored t-shirt for guys. Models chosen to walk the Into the Wild show will also be participating in workshops throughout the spring semester leading up to the show. This is a great opportunity not only for students who have modeled before, but also for guys and girls who have always wanted to give modeling a shot.
